Singer Island condos usually want clean flat-panel fronts with integrated pulls — the visual quiets down a small kitchen and pairs with the ocean-facing light. Ibis Isle and waterfront mainland homes more often go transitional — painted shaker, island in a contrasting color. Older ranches east and west of Broadway get either white shaker or two-tone layouts with stacked uppers to the ceiling so the footprint feels bigger. We carry semi-custom and custom cabinet lines in each direction, soft-close dovetail drawers and full-extension glides standard.
