Once you send a message or request a quote, here's exactly what to expect:

1. Same-day acknowledgement — you'll get an email or call back within one business day confirming we received your request.
2. Quick phone conversation — 10 to 15 minutes to understand your project scope, timeline, and any specific materials or styles you have in mind.
3. Free in-home consultation — we schedule a visit to take precise measurements, discuss layout options, and go through cabinet and countertop samples.
4. 3D rendering and firm quote — within a week of the consultation we'll send you a visual of the finished kitchen plus a written quote with no hidden costs.
5. Decide at your pace — no high-pressure sales. If our quote isn't the right fit, we'll help you think through alternatives or simply step aside.

What Information Helps Us Respond Faster

The more we know upfront, the better our first response will be. If you can include any of the following in your message, it helps:

• City or neighborhood in Palm Beach County
• Approximate kitchen size (small, medium, large — or square footage if you know it)
• Timeline (urgent, next 3 months, sometime this year)
• Materials you're considering (quartz, granite, shaker cabinets, etc.)
• Photos of your current kitchen if you have them handy
