Process & Timeline

About Getting Started

How long does a typical kitchen remodel take? +

From the day materials arrive, full kitchen remodels install in 2 to 3 weeks. Cabinet-only or countertop-only projects install in 8 to 10 days. Factory lead time for cabinets is 2 to 4 weeks, so total project from order to installed kitchen is typically 4 to 7 weeks.

Do I need to empty my kitchen before install? +

Yes. We ask you to clear out cabinets and countertops the day before installation begins. If you need help with this we can recommend a local moving and packing service.

Can I live in my home during the install? +

Most clients do. We contain dust with plastic sheeting wherever possible, but plan on takeout dinners for about a week while the kitchen is down.

Do you handle demolition? +

Yes. We can handle demolition as part of the project or coordinate with a licensed subcontractor if your HOA requires one.

What cities do you serve? +

All of Palm Beach County — Wellington, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Lake Worth, Loxahatchee, Riviera Beach, Westlake, and neighboring areas. Occasional projects in Broward and Martin counties.

Do you work with contractors and designers? +

Yes. A significant portion of our work is wholesale for contractors, designers, and flippers. Trade pricing and priority scheduling available — call us for details.

Cabinets

About Cabinet Options

What's the difference between RTA and semi-custom cabinets? +

RTA (ready-to-assemble) cabinets ship flat-packed and we assemble them on site during install. They cost less. Semi-custom cabinets arrive from the factory fully built and finished. Both use solid wood construction and plywood boxes.

Do you offer custom cabinets? +

Yes. We work across the full spectrum — RTA, semi-custom, and fully custom shop-built cabinets. RTA and semi-custom cover most kitchens at about half the cost of fully custom, but when a project needs unusual sizing, specialty finishes, or design details our manufacturers cannot produce, we build custom.

What cabinet lines do you carry? +

We work with a roster of trusted cabinet lines across different price points — Fabuwood, Jarlin, ROC Cabinetry, ProCraft, US Cabinet Depot, and others depending on your project. During consultation we match the right line to your budget and style.

Do you offer door styles beyond shaker? +

Yes. Shaker is the most popular style in South Florida right now, but we also install slab, raised-panel, and beaded inset doors. We walk you through every finish during your consultation.

Countertops

About Stone & Surfaces

What countertop material is most durable? +

Quartzite is technically the hardest, followed by quartz. Both handle heat and stains well. For most Florida kitchens, quartz is the best combination of durability and low maintenance — no sealing, no etching, excellent stain resistance.

Quartz vs. granite — which should I choose? +

For most Palm Beach County kitchens, quartz. It doesn't need sealing, resists stains better, and comes in more consistent patterns. Granite is a great value if you prefer the uniqueness of natural stone and don't mind sealing it every year or two.

How do I care for my new countertops? +

Quartz: warm water and mild soap. Granite: seal once a year with a stone sealer. Quartzite: seal every 6 months. Marble: avoid citrus and oils, clean with stone-safe cleaner. We leave you with a care sheet after every install.

Do you do outdoor kitchens? +

Occasionally. For outdoor kitchens we steer clients toward granite or porcelain panels since quartz can yellow in direct sun. Call us to discuss your specific project.

Do I have to pick my exact slab? +

For natural stones (granite, quartzite, marble) — yes. You'll visit a supplier's yard during your project and walk the slabs to pick the exact piece. For quartz, patterns are consistent enough that sample selection is fine.

Pricing & Payment

About the Investment

What does a kitchen remodel cost? +

Every kitchen is different so we don't publish fixed pricing. Rough ranges: small cabinet-only installs start around $8,000. Full cabinet + countertop project typically $15,000 to $40,000+ depending on size and materials. We give a firm written number after a free in-home consultation.

Do you offer financing? +

We don't offer in-house financing, but many clients use home-equity lines, personal loans, or third-party services like Affirm. We're happy to provide an itemized quote your lender can reference.

Do you require a deposit? +

Yes. A deposit is required when you approve the design and we place the order — that's what funds the factory to build your cabinets. Balance is paid in stages tied to milestones (cabinet delivery, countertop install, completion).

Is your estimate a firm price? +

Yes. The written quote we provide after consultation is a firm price. The only reason it would change is if you request additional work (scope changes) during the project.
